Yesterday I searched for conventions for the first time in like 5 years, and found this , and that it was during THIS weekend \m/o_0\m/, and that it is already sold out ⌇v_v
There's always next year XD
+ the many cons next to Abunai XD

I already caught a good glimpse of them at the Elf Fantasy Fair this year, but this was the first time I managed to catch (most) of one of Tatake's performances, and I loved this Taiko Concert a lot. Great performance enticing music, and I loved how the group added a touch of humor (by talking to the audience, and turning some of their performances into an 'act') and a few learning moments (by telling a bit about the history of some songs or Taiko, and by teaching the audience how to count ^^;; )

Awesome =)

And I wasn't there because I was talking to Mistress Check-in, Claudia.

After she heard there were 2 standing ovations after the concert, she said something like "I want one too" so Sanne, a few random gophers and me started clapping ^_^

Ah well. Maybe I'll see them someday when I don't have a headache =P

Tatake was absolutely fantastic. It's no surprise to me they got all those positive reactions in Japan. It's a good show with variation, comedy and plain solid percussion. I chose to leave after about an hour, only because there was so much to do.

I wouldn't mind a similar act next year =)
