Meeting beforehand to take a look at the location: sure. thursday or friday then I guess, since it's already pretty late.

There will be a white board and a computer with beamer and sound.
Jeroen is working on the cams.

More time: you have about 30 minutes possible extra time (there's 1h inbetween workshops). The con dailies are already being printed so we cannot change the schedule anymore...

That's okay, we'll just announce at the workshop that at the end we'll have some extra time for questions and looking at each others art and such providing tips and the lot.

With the beamer I assume you can put a cd in with some artwork which then can be viewed and talked about?

For me friday works best for the viewing - thursday would be near impossible.

Hi guys sorrie for not responding the last few (important) weeks but Rens (Daijto) and I were in Thailand on a holiday...

I just talked to him on the phone and he was wondering if the workshop is given in English or in Dutch?

!! - good thing to wonder about. Never thought about that. Maybe we should ask before commencing if there are english speaking people there - in that case we should try to do it in english, I think.

Default tough question.

This is a hard one.

I've been to a few panels where at the start was asked if there were any non-dutch speakers in the room. If only one raised their hands, they usually said: oh well then we'll do it in dutch. I don't really think this is nice. It's best to practice in English since there's bound to be at least one visitor in the room which doesn't speak dutch.
If on the other hand everyone speaks dutch then I won't stop anyone from speaking dutch at the workshop.

Sorry but I can't do my own workshop in English. (And I think Andre agrees with me on this one.) It's not that I can't speak english (what's the language i'm typing now..?) But it's just that we have a video with Dutch texts and we have to talk as we show the video, for my part of the video I really have to speak fast, and in English I don't think that will be a good idea. And last but not least, our flyer that we will be giving away at our workshop is dutch as well. So sorry for the 1 or 2 english peeps that may be attending our workshop, sorry but no can do... :/
